Voilà, je vous explique mon cas.
J'avais besoin d'un convertisseur de vidéo, sauf que le logiciel était payant (la version d'essai ne suffisait pas à mes besoins). Personnellement, je suis étudiant et je n'ai pas les moyens d'acheter tous mes logiciels (dont SolidWorks et Catia qui sont bien trop cher pour nous malheureusement).
J'ai donc cherché une clé d'activation et téléchargé un fichier .exe qui devait être un Key Generator. Seulement ce programme s'est avéré être un virus qui diffusait des publicités sur mon PC sans que je le demande (un AdWare je crois).
J'ai réussi à l'identifier et à le supprimer (il était dans le dossier AppData\Local\Temp) en passant par le mode sans échec.
Seulement depuis, j'ai peur que d'autres virus aient réussi à se cacher (Ni Avira Antivir ni MBAM n'avait détecté ce programme, Avira détectait uniquement les fichiers téléchargés par l'adware, pas l'adware lui-même).
De plus, mon Volet Windows ne fonctionne plus, le processus est bien enclenché dans le gestionnaire des taches, mais tous les gadgets s'affichent mal. J'ai essayé toute les solutions possibles, remettre à zéro les paramètres de la Windows Sidebar, passait par l'invite de commande en mode administrateur, essayer différents gadget, mais aucun gadget ne fonctionne alors que la sidebar est bien là.

je m'en remet donc à vous à présent. Je sais bien que votre politique est claire sur les cracks et les risques qu'on encoure à télécharger.

Juste pour préciser, après avoir passer l'après-midi à scanner mon PC en mode sans échec et à faire des mises à jours, Antivir à finit par trouver les deux fichiers malveillants, sans pour autant arriver à les éliminer.
Heureusement, le mode sans échec est là pour ça.
Mon volet Windows ne marche toujours pas, mon PC est plus lent que jamais au démarrage, mais pour l'instant les pubs ne reviennent pas et les autres bugs semblent avoir disparu...

Dois-je vous donner un nouveau log de RSIT plus les logs de Antivir?

• Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression. Le résultat apparaitra alors dans le cadre "Results"
• Copie/Colle ce résultat
• Clique sur Exit pour fermer.

Remarque: Il est possible qu'il te soit demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur pour supprimer les fichiers,ce redémarrage peut être plus long qu’à l’accoutumé.Accepte et dans ce cas, après redémarrage, tu trouveras justement le rapport dans le dossier CC:\_OTM\MovedFiles\date/heure suppression.log .

Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas:
- Fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire de tâches.
- Clique en haut à gauche sur "Fichier"
- Choisi "Nouvelle tâche" (Exécuter ...)
- Tape "explorer" et valide.
- Cela fera apparaître ton Bureau.

J'avais déjà Shooté le virus sshnas21.dll et les deux fichiers Imd.exe et Ipycoa.exe en passant par le mode sans échec. J'ai tout de même lancé OTM pour être sur de n'avoir rien oublié.
Dans le rapport il y a juste écrit ceci :

Registry entries deleted on Reboot...


Je suppose que ça vient du fait que j'avais déjà supprimé les fichiers.

Pour ce qui est du volet Windows, si ça peut servir à d'autres, j'ai résolu le problème d'affichage en mettant à jour Direct X et en supprimant la clé dans la base de registre Regedit :
