Oui je suis allée voir aussi, mais quand on y comprend rien c'est pour cela que je demande de l'aide et désolée pour le rapport, la prochaine fois, je le posterai sur un hébergeur.

rien,à part vérifier que la maj figure dans ton historique...(l'image est un exemple pêché sur le net,pour que tu vois à quoi çà ressemble,je n'ai pas de 7 sous la main)

plusieurs causent a ton probleme contraignant il est vrai mais en etant perspicace on y arrive

donc
1) ta base de registre as tu deja fait un nettoyage avec un outil .. serai utile sa
2) as tu fait un scan antimalware avec malwarb'yts pour ne pas le cite
3) j ai deja depanne un pc en desinstalant IE9 cela a corrige le probleme
