Bon ben,j'ai réussi à faire un CD Windows avec le SP3 intégré (juste cette fois), et j'ai fait un sfc/scannow qui s'est déroulé normalement sans rien me demandé. Mais, cela n'a pas résolu mon problème pour autant. Alors, j'ai branché mon DD externe, et j'ai utilisé autofix pour essayer de le réparer. Mais, lui non plus n'a pas réussi. Il m'a donné ce log:
