Merci pour ton explication, mais ce n'est pas le problème, car c'est ma connexion qui est lente, la faute à mon fournisseur d'accès et de services Internet (je ne suis pas française). C'est pour cela, que je dois patienter quelques jours (je l'espère) pour pouvoir me débarrasser de cette infection.

ma connexion est meilleure à présent, j'ai essayé à maintes reprises d'accéder au lien mais en vain, mozilla met bcp de temps à répondre et le chargement s'arrête, y aurait-il un autre moyen pour avoir le logiciel stp?

je n'arrive même pas à accéder au gestionnaire des taches, ça devient sérieux.

Il suffit de cliquer sur le fichier .exe
Si la clé ou le disque externe n'est pas introduite, il sera demandé de la/le connecter.

Nardino, ce lien n'est pas valide, je l'ai téléchargé du site officiel, mais rien ne marche, dés que j'introduis la clé et je clique sur Flash Disinfector, toutes les icônes du bureau disparaissent et même après avoir retiré la clé, entre temps rien ne s'affiche
A chaque fois je suis obligée de fermer puis de réouvrir la session.

Pourrais-je avoir une solution optimale stp, d'autant plus que je crois que la clé n'est plus infectée (je l'ai faite analysée par MBAM), c'est plus mon ordi qui l'est, je ne peux accéder à certaines applications comme le gestionnaire des tâches ou les lecteurs C et D avec le double clic.

Tu me parles de site officiel au sujet de Flash Disinfector, celui que je t'ai indiqué est reconnu et recommandé par l'auteur .
As-tu l'URL de ce site officiel ?
D'autre part as-tu vidé le cache de ton navigateur depuis longtemps ?

Retentes USBFix qui doit pouvoir se faire, ce n'est pas un gros fichier.

Quand ton bureau disparait, tu cliques sur les touiches Alt+Ctrl+Suppr e, même temps et dans la fenêtre du gestionnaire des tâches qui s'ouvre, onglet Applications, tu cliques sur Nouvelle tâche et tu tapes explorer.exe dans le popup et tu valides par OK

Quel est ton pare-feu ?

Dsl mais Usb fix ne fonctionne toujours pas chez moi quant au lien d'où j'ai téléchargé le Flash disinfector est le suivant:

J'utilise Mozilla & C'est vrai que le cash, je ne l'ai pas vidé depuis longtemps.

Vide le cache > Outils > Effacer mes traces maintenant.
Désactive temporairement le pare-feu le temps de charger USBFix.
Et reprends.

Ton URL renvoie vers une page 404.

J'ai effacé le cash de Mozilla mais USB fix ne se charge pas malgré l'arrêt du pare-feu.

Même cette adresse du disinfector renvois vers une page not found.

Laisse tomber USBFix et Flash Disinfector pour le moment.
Télécharge Combofix

IMPORTANT. Enregistre ComboFix.exe sur le Bureau.
Désactive les applications antivirus et anti-malware, en général via un clic droit sur l'icône de la Zone de notification.
Sinon, elles risquent d'interférer avec l'outil.

Fais un double clic sur l'icône et suis les invites.



Lors de son exécution, ComboFix va vérifier si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est installée.
Avec des infections comme celles d'aujourd'hui, il est fortement conseillé de l'avoir pré-installée sur votre PC avant toute suppression de nuisibles.
Elle permettra de démarrer dans un mode spécial, de récupération (réparation), qui nous permet de vous aider plus facilement si jamais votre ordinateur rencontre un problème après une tentative de nettoyage.

Suis les invites pour permettre à ComboFix de télécharger et installer la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows, et lorsque cela est demandé, accepte le Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final pour l'installer.

Note importante : Si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est déjà installée, ComboFix continuera ses procédures de suppression de nuisibles.



Une fois que la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est installée via ComboFix, le message suivant apparaitra :



Clique sur Oui/Yes, pour poursuivre avec la recherche de nuisibles.

Lorsque l'outil aura terminé, il affichera un rapport.
Copie le contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.
Il sera enregistré sous C:\Combofix.txt

Bonjour,

J'aurai besoin de connaître le contenu de ce dossier : c:\documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\245D
Au préalable tu cliques droit dessus et Contrôler les fichiers sélectionnés avec Antivir.

Tu l'ouvres et tu postes une copie d'écran.
Pour faire une saisie d'écran avec les outils natifs de Windows.

1- Clic sur la touche [Impr écr. Syst] ou [Impr. écran] pour copier l'image de la totalité de l'écran dans le presse-papier.
2- Dans le menu Windows > Tous les programmes > Accessoires > clique sur Paint pour ouvrir l'outil.
3- Mets le curseur de la souris dans le cadre blanc et clique sur CTRL+V pour coller l'image.
4- Pour recadrer au besoin, clic gauche sur le carré Sélection (en pointillé) en haut à gauche dans les outils de Paint.
Mets le curseur (sous forme de croix de viseur) sur le coin supérieur gauche de ce que tu veux conserver et sans cesser d'appuyer sur le clic gauche tu déplaces la souris en diagonale vers le coin inférieur droit de ta sélection. Tu peux modifier tant que tu n'as pas lâché le clic gauche.
Une fois cadré à ton goût, tu lâches le clic.
Tu mets le curseur dans la zone sélectionnée et clic droit puis Couper pour mettre la sélection dans le presse-papier.
5- En haut de Paint tu cliques sur nouveau et tu fermes la page en cours sans enregistrer.
Dans la nouvelle page tu fais CTRL+V pour coller ta sélection.
6- En haut dans Fichier, clic sur Enregistrer sous :
Choisis format JPG dans le menu du bas, donne le nom que tu veux, choisis le dossier de destination de ton choix, valide par OK.

Tu peux ensuite l'héberger ici http://www.servimg.com/upload.php?dt=1787903 et m'indiquer le lien dans ta réponse.

Je n'arrive pas à m'inscrire à servming.com.
En fait, j'ai fait une capture d'écran avec WinSnap.

Le fichier contient une sorte de vidéo de 3ko mais vide avec seulement le logo de Youtube dessus.
Je ne sais pas ce que c'est, mais elle est sans virus.

Apparemment j'utilise "StripMyRights", il est présent sur mon lecteur C, mais je ne sais pas ce que c'est.

Enregistre-le sous CFScript.txt, sur le bureau

Il reste à nettoyer les nettoyeurs.

Tu supprimes le fichier CFScript.txt sur le bureau.
Dans Démarrer Exécuter, tu tapes ComboFix /u et tu valides par OK.
Tu supprimes le fichier C:\ ComboFix.txt

Tu vides tes fichiers temporaires avec CCleaner :
Télécharge CCleaner "Slim" de Piriform :
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds

Clique sur : CCleaner v2.20.9250- Slim / No Toolbar / 979 KB / Download now...(en bas).
Installes-le.
Dans Options, Avancé, tu retires la coche devant : Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
Dans la page principale, (clic sur le pinceau à gauche), clique sur Analyse
Une fois celle-ci terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage et confirme la suppression des fichiers

Tu vas désactiver la restauration système comme indiqué sur ce lien
http://www.libellules.ch/desactiver_restauration.php
Puis tu la réactiveras pour créer un nouveau point de restauration sain.

Puis tu passes ta question en résolu, si c'est bien le cas.
