Je vais essayer d'expliquer mon problème le plus clairement possible. Le problème est que je ne sais pas si mon PC est infecté où si cela vient d'autre chose. Si cela vient d'autre chose, je m'excuse de pas avoir posté dans la bonne catégorie et vous remercie d'avance de m'indiquer où je dois poster.

Le problème a commencé il y a environ deux semaines. J'ai eu un message "le processus hôte pour windows a cessé de fonctionner" et quand je fermais ce message ça me faisait un écran bleu avec marqué "problème grave etc" (l'écran bleu disparaissait donc je ne savais pas trop comment faire). Après un ou deux démarrages en mode sans échec ou même directement après un redémarrage ça refonctionnait mais dès que le message processus hôte pour windows apparaîssait et que je le fermais il me refaisait très peur en refusant de démarrer correctement. Je suis donc allée sur des forums pour chercher une réponse et j'ai vu que d'autres avant ce problème et suggérait de désactiver le RAC agent dans le planificateur de tâche (j'ai trouvé la solution ici :http://www.chantal11.com/2009/02/processus-hote-services-windows-a-cesse-de-fonctionner-processus-hote-taches-windows-a-cesse-de-fonctionner-vista-seven/).Entre temps j'ai lancé malware bytes et éliminé quelques malwares mais c'était pas ça visiblement le problème.

Pendant trois jours plus de problème (youpi) jusqu'à ce qu'à la sortie d'une mise en veille avant hier j'ai un écran bleu me disant quelque chose comme

Il vient de me le faire à l'instant du coup j'ai redémarré en mode sans échec mais j'ai peur qu'un jour il ne se redémarre plus jamais...

Mise à jour 8 mai: depuis aujourd'hui le bug "processus hôte pour windows" est réapparu. Ce qui fait planté mon pc quelques minutes après sa mise en route.Entre les écrans bleus au démarrage et ceux quelques minutes après l'allumage, j'ai peur que mon pc s'éteigne pour de bon!

Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, vois-tu une alerte sur l'un d'eux ?
Que donne un scan antivirus si tu as le temps de le lancer ?
Que se passe-t-il si tu démarres en mode sans échec ?
Dans le menu Windows, Tous les programmes, Accessoires tu cliques droit sur Invite de commandes et dans le menu sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre.
Vérification du disque dur
-Au prompt, tu tapes chkdsk /r, tu appuies sur [Entrer], tu réponds par O aux deux questions sur le démontage et le scan au redémarrage et tu laisses l'opération se faire jusqu'au bout après reboot du pc.
Ceci pour vérifier l'intégrité de ton disque dur.
Ce scan peut prendre un certain temps selon la taille de ton disque et le nombre de réparation à effectuer.
Une fois redémarré, télécharge Report_CHDSK.exe de Laddy sur ton bureau

Double-Clic dessus pour l'exécuter.
Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc-note.

1) En effet dans mon gestionnaire périphérique j'ai une alerte sur ma CARTE MICROSOFT ISATAP #5 dans ma carte réseau (ce qui est bizarre car j'ai quand même internet). J'ai demandé une mise à jour il me dit que c'est déjà fait et quand je clique dans propriété il m'affiche ce problème
"Ce périphérique ne fonctionne pas correctement car Windows ne peut pas charger les pilotes requis pour ce périphérique. (Code 31)

Cliquez sur « Rechercher des solutions » pour envoyer des données sur ce périphérique à Microsoft et vérifier s’il y a une solution disponible." Je clique sur rechercher des solutions mais on me dit impossible de charger le logiciel.
2) le scan antivirus ne me donne rien de spécial, je le fais d'ailleurs régulièrement (j'ai macafee)
3) Le mode sans échec fonctionne bien
