je sais qu'il existe d'autre sujet pareil que le mien. mais je suis une débutante... et j'ai besoin d'analyse experte car je suis nulle en informatique...
voila, mon ordinateur est très lent, il démarre en 10 min, le processeur est à 100% des que j'ouvre un nouveau fichier, le son est "décomposé"...
j'ai fais des ccleaners mais sans amélioration...
je vous met les données de mon ordinateur portable : MS Windows XP Home SP3

voici la liste des logiciel qui engorge le processeur:

En désinfection, il n'y a pas 2 sujets pareils ! Il faut ABSOLUMENT créer un nouveau sujet !!! Tu as donc fait la bonne démarche, pas de souci !

Le rapport Hijackthis montre 3 infections (MyWebSearch, SweetIM, Funproducts) mais rien de bien grave ...

On va tout de suite rentrer dans le vif du sujet :

• Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
• Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
• Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
• Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide/b]"
• Clique sur "[b]Rechercher"
• L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
  

  L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

  
  Clique sur "OK" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
• Ferme tes navigateurs.
• Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
  Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
• MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Par contre, on peut dire qu'il est chargé. On peut essayer de désactiver certains programmes pour alléger le pc !

Si tu est d'accord, j'ai une petite question :

Utilise-tu les différents programmes "VAIO" (Sony Vaio power, sony multimedia, Sony update, Sony®PrepareYourVAIO, Sony sonicstage, ...)

Si tu ne les utilise pas (Ou très peu), on peut tenter de désactiver leur démarrage automatique et ça va peut être alléger le pc !

• Ferme HijackThis

Redémarre ton pc, poste et moi un nouveau rapport Hijackthis et indique-moi l'état de ton pc !

Encore un petit truc à faire :

• Télécharge ToolBar S&D de ERIC_71
• Tape F pour choisir le francais
• Choisi l'option 1 et entrée
• A la fin du scan, l'outil va t'ouvrir le bloc notes. Colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

• Choisi l'option 2 et entrée
• A la fin du scan, l'outil va t'ouvrir le bloc notes. Colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Ok, en général, l'amélioration est minime ...

D'après ce que j'ai pû voir, ton pc date de 2005-2006, en général, la fatigue se fait sentir au bout d'une année ...

Ce que je te conseille, c'est de prendre un moment et de le ré-installer complètement, ton pc n'est plus au top du moment mais tant que tu fais du bureau et que tu ne joue pas à des jeux de dernière génération, il devrait tenir encore 2 ans (après, tu vas commencer avec les problèmes Hardware genre condensateurs qui sautent, carte graphique qui est morte, etc) ...

Tu as 2 solutions :

• Utiliser le cd fourni avec ton pc. La procédure dépends du modèle (Comme je déteste SONY [Leur matériel est, en général, trop cher par rapport à la qualité], je ne connais pas la procédure pour cette marque)
• Utiliser un CD Windows XP OEM et l'autocollant qui est dessous ton pc (Licence XP). (C'est la méthode que je choisirais, mais elle est plus compliquée !)

Il faut, pour que tout ce passe comme il faut, sauvegarder tes documents, tes favoris, ...

N'aurait tu pas un ami (ou une amie) qui s'y connait et qui pourrait t'aider ?

C'est la meilleure manière ! Il faut compter ~3 h pour faire une réinstallation complète mais beaucoup plus si tu ne connais pas !

oui, il est impossible de réinstaller sans cd ...

Si ceux-ci ne sont pas fourni avec le pc, il doit y avoir un logiciel dans ton pc qui te permet de les graver !
