L'ordinateur PC à mon boulot (celui dont j'ai déjà fait mention précédemment) est tombé gravement en panne. Voici les symptômes:

- J'ai mis antivir et maintenant il ne le trouve pas
- il est extrêmement lent
- Il ne se connecte plus
- il plante complètement, au point que pour finir il n'y a plus aucune icône sur le bureau
- etc.

Comme il ne se connecte pas correctement à l'internet, est-ce possible de le traiter moyennant le secours d'une clé USB ou autres, pour installer des programmes et poster les résultats des scans sur libellules ?

A part ça, cette bécane que l'on a hérité gratos commence à m'énerver grave. Je pense qu'il serait mieux de le remplacer avec du matos en ordre !

Il existe une solution moins radicale qui consiste à réinstaller le système et tout remettre en ordre en installant que les logiciels nécessaires à ton travail.
Il doit bien y avoir un numéro de licence sur le boitier.
Ne me le communique pas, dis-moi simplement s'il existe.
Tu peux en attendant établir un rapport avec l'outil suivant.
Télécharge OTL de OldTimer sur ton bureau.
Clique sur OTL.exe
Coche :
En haut, à droite

-Tous les utilisateurs
-Avec analyse 64 bits sera coché automatiquement si c'est la cas de ton système.
-Rapport standard

En bas, à droite

-Recherche LOP
-Recherche Purity

Processus, Services, Drivers, Registre:Standard, Modules, Pilotes doivent être sur [Avec liste blanche] par défaut.
Registre : approfondi est sur Aucun.



Clique sur le bouton [Analyse] en haut en bleu.
L'analyse va prendre une ou deux minutes.
Une fois celle-ci terminée un rapport va s'ouvrir
Tu postes ce rapport par copier-coller et tu le fermes.
Tu fermes aussi le fichier Extras.txt dans la barre des tâches, il sera demandé en cas de nécessité.
Ils seront sauvegardés sur le bureau (OTL.txt et Extras.txt) ou dans le dossier où se trouve OTL.exe.
En cas de difficulté pour poster les rapports par copier-coller, tu peux les héberger sur Cjoint.com
Poste les liens obtenus dans ce cas.

J'ai juste oublié de dire que j'ai trouvé sur la machine la product key pour Win XP home.

La seule chose qui ressort de cette analyse est la présence de deux antivirus en même temps :
BitDefender et Antivir.
C'est un de trop.

Pour ma part je procéderai à une réinstallation.
Il a un grosse précaution à prendre avant :
Télécharger tous les pilotes nécessaires à un bon fonctionnement.
Ceux de la carte mère, de la carte réseau, de la carte son et du chipset graphique si il n'y a pas de carte graphique en PCI.
Ces pilotes ne sont pas détectés par Windows XP en général et il est mieux de les avoir de côté avant d'entreprendre toute action avancée.
Voici un tuto pour bien formater et réinstaller un pc.
Je te conseille de faire la mise à jour SP3 avant d'installer quoique ce soit d'autre.

C'est bien ce que je pensais: réinstaller le tout
Il faut maintenant que je trouve les cartes etc... pour télécharger les pilotes. Je pense que je peux télécharger sur mon ordinateur et mettre tout ça sur des CD en vue d'une réinstallation plus tard !

Mais au fait, je fais comment pour savoir ce que j'ai comme matériel qui nécessite d'un pilote ?

Un programme comme SIW (System Information Windows de Gtopala) peut faire l'affaire.
Il va t'identifier les différents pilotes.
Il faudra ensuite aller à la pêche chez les fabricants.
Inutile en l'installant d'installer Snagit.
Ce n'est toutefois pas un espion.
Si tu as besoin d'aide pour trouver les pilotes, n'hésite pas.

Encore merci pour ton aide. Voici comment le problème a été résolu. Je n'avais pas trop le temps de m'occuper de cette bécane qu'on nous avait offert alors j'ai cherché auprès d'un boutique pour faire le travail. Devis: 150.-.
Du coup, j'ai acheté un ordinateur d'occasion chez Joker pour le même prix, une boutique lausannoise qui récupère et revend des machines révisées.
J'espère seulement avoir tiré le bon n° !!!
