bonjour a tous !
depuis quelques temps lorsque jouvre panneau de config, poste travail, mes document... la fenetre ne reste ouverte que quelques secondes puis se ferme et les icones du bureau et la barre des taches disparaissent pui reaparaisent. ducoup je n epeu plu acceder a mes documents . j'ai fai une recherche et j'ai vu que beaucoup d'autres personnes avez eus le meme probleme et que les reponses etait tjr les meme : faire un scan avec hijackthis et envoyer le rapport. c'est donc ce que j'ai fait malheuresement n'etant pas tres bon en informatique je ne sais pas ce que je doi enlever...
donc voila mon rapport, si quelqu'un pouvai prendre le temps de le regarder et de me dire se ke je doi faire je lui en serai vraiment reconaissant car cela devien invivable. merci davance a ce sauveur! ^_^

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

• Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
• Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
• Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide"
• Clique sur "Rechercher"
• L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
  

  L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

  
  Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
• Ferme tes navigateurs.
• Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
  Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
• MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

yyyeeeeaaahh ! falkra je te remercie infiniment !!! apres que le logiciel avait trouvé des truc nefaste comme tu me la dit je les ai effacés ensuite il a redemarrer et je nai pas eu l'idee de tester d'ouvrir mes documents avant de tenvoyer le rapport je l'ai fait apres et finalement sa marche ! merci encore la reputation de ce forum netait pas fausse et je continurai a la faire circuler ! ^_^

dsl de repondre encore tard c'est parsque j'habite a tahiti et donc il ya le decallage ^^'. je suis dans la famille et je n'est pas pris lordi (portable) .je revien demain a la maison donc je tenvoi le rapport dés que je rentre !

AS-tu encore des symptômes infectieux sur la machine ?

nn ça y est j'ai l'impression que tout est clean maintenant ^_^ dois je faire autre chose ?

Si tu as viré les deux lignes, ton rapport est bien clean.

Kaspersky est très bien. Tu peux garder MBAM, le module résident (qui tourne à l'arrière plan) est payant, mais cela reste gratuit, ce module ne s'active simplement pas, sauf paiement). Du coup dans sa version gratuite il cohabite avec tout.

N'hésite pas à poser des questions, cette partie est aussi importante que la désinfection.
