tu serais inspiré de nettoyer DELICATEMENT ,sans forcer, la lentille
de lecture ( the cd laser pickup lens & cd slide rails were dirty, cleaning them restored normal operation)

1.On desktop, right click and choose New->TEXT Document.
2.Navigate to
C:\users\%username%\appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Temporary Burn Folder
3.Copy the new TEXT document file to this folder.
4.Restart the computer to test this DVD issue.
Suggestion 2: Rename Temporary Burn Folder
===============================
1.Navigate to
C:\users\%username%\appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Temporary Burn Folder
2.Rename the Temporary Burn Folder to Temporary Burn Folder.old
3.Restart the computer to test this DVD issue.
Suggestion 3: Modify Autoplay setting
===============================
1. Click the Start Button, type regedit in the "Start Search" text box and then press ENTER.
2. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CDRom
3.Right click the CDRom entry, choose "Export", select Desktop in the Save in box and type backup in File Name. Click Save.
Please Note: The backup file is on the Desktop and named backup.reg. We can simply restore the registry by double-clicking the backup.reg file.
4.Please change "Autorun" value from "0" to "1" (or from “1” to “0”) on right panel.
5. Restart the computer to test this DVD issue.
In addition, If you install any DVD burning software, please temporarily remove it to test this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
