Pour moi ce n'est pas la peine de se prendre la tête, suffit d'avoir des bloqueur sur le navigateur, ensuite Windows Defender, et pour nettoyer des fois ccleaner et voilà jamais rien eu depuis très longtemps. Il faut juste bien lire avant de cliquer car la plupart propose d'installer leur partenariat, et si votre machine est lente faîtes le ménage, changer pour un ssd, rajouter de la mémoire, etc....
