Bonjour, il y a plusieurs infections différentes sur la machine.

On va faire un petit test.

* Télécharge SmitFraudFix de S!Ri sur le bureau.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
* Double-clique sur smitfraudfix.exe
* Choisis l'option 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.
* Poste le rapport sur le forum dans ta prochaine réponse.

Si process.exe est détecté par ton antivirus ou un autre logiciel, n'en tiens pas compte (choisis d'ignorer) et ne bloque pas le fichier, il sert à terminer des processus, d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus qui y voient un danger potentiel. (doc).

* Double-clique sur smitfraudfix.exe
* Choisis l'option 2 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.
* Aux questions posées par le programme répondre O (oui) pour effectuer les nettoyages et désinfections proposées.
* Le fond d'écran peut être supprimé.

* Poste le rapport sur le forum dans ta prochaine réponse + un rapport HijackThis frais.

Kaspersky est un des meilleurs sinon le meilleur parmi les payants : garde.
Ces questions et d'autres sont bienvenues, n'hésite pas.

Ca c'est pas net mais ça ne me dit rien :

Rends toi sur ce lien : Virus Total

• Clique sur Parcourir
• Rends toi jusque sur ce fichier si tu le trouves :

C:\Windows\system32\nnnoNdeE.dll

• Clique sur Envoyer le fichier et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
• Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
• Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
• Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
• Clique alors sur cette image :
• Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
• Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.
  Note : Peu importe le résultat, il est important de me communiquer le résultat de toute l'analyse.

Il est possible que tes outils de sécurité réagissent à l'envoi du fichier, en ce cas il te faudra ignorer les alertes.

Ok, merci, c'est ce que je cherchais. Il y a plusieurs moyens de s'en débarrasser, on va en essayer une (souvent peu de résultats, mais si ça passe tout dégage).

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton bureau :
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
* Lorsque le scan est terminé, clique sur le bouton Fix Vundo
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après, le bureau disparaîtra un moment, c'est normal.
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique sur OK.
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix se trouve face à un fichier qu'il ne peut pas supprimer. Si cela se produit, il se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-dessus, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

l'antivirus que vous avez suggérer , je n'ai trouvé aucune information sur l'antivirus : 'GARDE', ou alors c pas le nom que vous vouliez écrire ??

Souvent c'est assez rapide, cela dépend du taux de remplissage du système.

Je redémarre le logiciel ou j le laisse continuer ... parce que jusque là y a aucun changement .

C'est trop long, il y a un os. Coupe-le, si le bureau n'est pas visible, appuie sur windows+E (le touche windows) ou bien CTRL+ALT+SUPPR, onglet applications, nouvelle tâche, explorer.exe (à entrer).

On va le shooter avec quelques violences.

Télécharge combofix.exe de sUBs et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau (et pas ailleurs).

• Double-clique combofix.exe afin de l'exécuter et suis les instructions.
• Lorsque l'analyse sera complétée, un rapport apparaîtra.
• Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
  Le rapport se trouve dans : C:\Combofix.txt (si jamais).
