Bonjour, j'ai besoin d'aide !

Je suis sous Vista x64 et mon PC ne cesse de planter. Un programme ne répond plus, et ça se transmet à un autre programme qui ne veut plus rien savoir, pour terminer par un crash total du système et un reboot forcé.

Ça m'arrivait parfois, mais ces derniers jours ça s'enchaine. Rien que ce matin j'ai du redémarrer au moins 5 fois...

Bonjour, bienvenue.

On ne voit aucune infection active dans ce rapport. Les symptômes ressemblent plus à des problèmes de système généraux qu'à des virus.

Au besoin ceci fera un test rapide, mais tout ça n'est pas forcément lié à un virus.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
Si ça ne se télécharge pas, que tu es redirigé, ou que MBAM ne démarre pas, signale-le moi : c'est un symptôme.
Si tu l'as déjà, passe au point 2 directement (mise à jour).

Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation, puis démarre MBAM.
Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide"
Clique sur "Rechercher"
L'analyse démarre.
A la fin de l'analyse (mais ce n'est pas fini), un message s'affiche :
L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi. N'oublie pas la suite.
Ferme tes navigateurs.
Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

NB : Si MBAM te demande à redémarrer, fais-le.
Pour récupérer le rapport de MBAM si tu as redémarré un peu vite, démarre MBAM et va dans l'onglet log/rapports, tu pourras double cliquer dessus (ils sont datés) pour le poster.

Bonjour et merci ! J'utilisais déjà MBAM mais il ne se lançait plus, ça mettait une erreur '0' un truc du genre et après une deuxième erreur. Cette erreur est réapparue pendant l'installation, mais maintenant ça marche. Voici le rapport :

EDIT : Je viens de me rendre compte que REFOG c'est un Keylogger que j'avais testé il y a longtemps sur mon ordinateur, pour ensuite le mettre sur le PC du fils à ma conjointe qui a 14 ans et qui commençait à se droguer (d'ailleurs ça nous a permis de l'aider). Cependant, ça n'a pas l'air d'être la source de mes problèmes car après avoir redémarré pour l'analyse MBAM, j'ai du redémarrer 3 fois car ça a replanté en boucle...

Le problème est probablement d'ordre matériel.

Voici plusieurs tutos pour installer et utiliser Memtest et vérifier la ram. Il s'agit de créer un Cd bootable à partir d'une image (ISO) ou de créer une disquette de boot :

Si des erreurs apparaissent dans le tableau bleu, ça veut dire qu'il y a un problème.
Il faut laisser tourner quelques passes. Attention chaque passe dure 20-30 minutes.

Impossible de boot sur mon CD, je ne sais pourquoi.

J'ai fait la mise à jour de mes pilotes (Carte mère + Carte graphique) et pour l'instant ça a l'air d'aller ! :D

Ca peut être une histoire de drivers, c'est ce qu'il y a de plus proche du matériel, mais ça ne sent pas le virus ton affaire.

Bon ça continue à poser problème et pas moyen de boot sur le CD, OS not found, pourtant j'ai bien modifié la séquence de boot et vérifié le CD. Dois-je faire appel à DELL ? Je suis encore sous garantie. Si oui, je leur demande quoi ? :X

Rien, le CD peut être mal gravé (si tu trouves dessus un fichier iso, c'est raté, il faut graver le fichier ISO en mode disque).
Vérifie le disque, mais si tout va bien entre temps, ma foi...
