How can I verify my Outlook 2002 / 2003 e-mail settings in Windows?

Start Outlook

From the menu choose "Tools" > "E-Mail Accounts..."

Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts”
Click "Next"

Select the account you want to verify and click "Change..."

The "Incoming mail server (POP3)" field must contain pop.bluewin.ch and the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" field must contain smtpauth.bluewin.ch
The "User Name" field must contain your e-mail address without @bluewin.ch
Type your e-mail password into the "Password" field

Click "More Settings..."

Go to the "Outgoing Server" tab

Check the option "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Check the option "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

Go to the "Advanced" tab

Enter the number 587 into the "Outgoing server (SMTP):" field

Click "OK"
